ZipClimber Week 1 Demo

For my casual game development class, the Dancing Lobsters team and I began developing a zipline based free runner game called ZipClimber. In it, you pull down on a infinitely long zipline to avoid mountain obstacles. The game is built using Unity 2D. We plan on having a minimum viable version released this Friday. We are currently nailing down how obstacles are generated and how the zipline feels. All art is temporary for prototyping purposes.


It’s really exciting to continue to work with Ryan, a teammate of mine that has been on the Dancing Lobsters team with me for several semesters. We’ve completed three games together already, making ZipClimber our fourth studio title!
